Our History & Evolution

The journey of Lamparas Realty Services began on July 21, 2016, originally established under the name CCJS Properties. After a foundation year of navigating the local market, the firm underwent a strategic rebranding. On July 21, 2017, Lamparas Realty Services (LRS) was officially born, marking the start of a new era in professional real estate solutions.

The company’s early success was driven by a lean, dedicated team operating out of its first office in Bajada, located across the Fairlanes Bowling Center. Led by Jelfreind Lamparas (Business Director) and Chona Lamparas (Sales & Marketing Director), the office was supported by its inaugural staff member, Office Secretary Krezza Mae ("Kring-Kring").

Growth & Expansion

As LRS gained momentum, securing a growing portfolio of projects and listings, the company began its regional expansion. On February 28, 2020, LRS extended its reach by opening a new branch in Panabo. This expansion saw the appointment of Jimuel Lawas as Branch Director and IT Network Administrator, overseeing the digital and technical infrastructure for the firm's subsidiaries across the Davao region.

To accommodate a growing workforce and client base, the company moved to a larger, more modern office on Mabini Street on October 30, 2020, adding new administrative and secretarial support to ensure seamless operations.
